We moved
When we started with Cesbit, we considered “the future of work”.
We brainstormed three options:
Full remote,
Hybrid,
Traditional office.
Completely remote initially seemed ideal and a modern solution that we were used to due to the Corona pandemic. However, as we strive to share knowledge within the team and follow a master/apprentice approach, we realized we needed a space to meet physically on a regular basis.
We started by renting an occasional space for an afternoon or a morning, but we still missed working together regularly.
What we also realized was that 5 days a week from nine to five was not what we were looking for. After all, software developers are creative people and creativity has its own pace and rhythm for everyone
After a number of detours we ended up in the “Klaver”, a very cozy small-scale office complex in the Boshoven district.
Here we will continue to build great (open-source) software solutions.
