Even 24x7 support is possible assisted by our monitoring solution InfraSonar

Custom projects

When a custom project goes to production, we offer the option to make support agreements with us ensuring your solution get’s the care it deservers and keeps in top notch condition.

Part of support is setting up monitoring for which we use our internal developed solution InfraSonar so that you and we are informed in a timely manner when things threaten to go wrong or there is potential downtime due to unforeseen circumstances.

After completion of the customized project, we make agreements for support and, if necessary, regular maintenance moments to keep your project in top condition.

SiriDB and ThingsDB

We offer professional support for SiriDB and ThingsDB for organizations that use these solutions independently.

In addition to add-hoc support, we offer health checks where we validate whether best practices are being followed and the solutions are being used to maximum effect.
